for this role. 3rd Shift Warehouse Lead \$23.12/hour (\$21.12/hr
starting rate + \$2.00 Shift differential + Pay for experience)
SCHEDULE: 9:30pm Start Time Sunday - Thursday (OT available) Milwaukee,
WI Primary responsibilities will include: Monitor and verify the
accuracy of outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against
picking documents. Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers
are filled, packaged, loaded, and delivered correctly and on schedule.
Monitor to ensure that security procedures are being followed. Monitor
equipment maintenance and housekeeping. Share information concerning
best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure a safe and productive
work environment. Assist in training and development of associates.
Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance. Required Skills:
one year warehouse experience. Desire to work in a fast-paced,
organized, and positive warehouse environment. Able to comprehend oral
and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets,
and other product documentation. Ability to frequently lift, push,
carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs. Ability to
stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures. Able to
accurately use basic math skills. Ability to work full-time, 40 hours
per week. Attention to detail and good time management skills. Keywords:
