and Development Partner - Remote. The position will support
organizational growth and effectiveness. You will build Hanger
employees\' knowledge and skills by facilitating group sessions,
supporting learners and developing learning solutions and content. We
use a variety of methods such as in-person facilitation, virtual
learning (Teams), and providing post-training support of learners
(on-location and through remote methods such as Teams, phone, and
email). Your efforts will empower measurable results aligned with
Hanger\'s purpose, vision, and values. Using your expertise, you will
create change and learning with focused, engaging, practical, learning
solutions which include real world activities, demonstrations,
easy-to-follow job aids, and live follow-up with learners. May require
