Job Description: The Manager, Client Delivery Services is responsible for managing the client delivery services function and delivery of administrative services to leaders, client services teams, and stakeholders at multiple locations. Works closely with the Senior Manager, Client Delivery Services to manage administrative processes, optimize service delivery and administrative functions, collaborates with stakeholders, and provide guidance and subject matter expertise. The Manager, Client Delivery Services is a managerial position supporting the Assistants and Sr. Assistants in Client Delivery Services and could include managing the Coordinators in Client Delivery Services. This role requires extensive experience in tax preparation and assembly, as well as knowledge of tax systems, to ensure accurate and efficient handling of tax-related tasks and compliance with relevant regulations.
