Why You Will Love this Job: The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will support the business units and corporate groups within Rehlko through process improvement, report standardization and automation. Specific responsibilities * Prepare Monthly reconciliation for working capital and other balance sheet accounts. * Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis. * Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis. * Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting. * Lead or support projects aimed at improving financial planning and reporting processes. * Collaborates with finances and business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts. Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, with a preference towards a master\'s degree and/or CPA certification. * 7+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus. * Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate\'s experience, their education, and the work location.
