Why You Will Love this Job: The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will support the business units and corporate groups within Rehlko through process improvement, report standardization and automation. Specific responsibilities * Prepare Monthly reconciliation for working capital and other balance sheet accounts. * Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis. * Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis. * Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting. * Lead or support projects aimed at improving financial planning and reporting processes. * Collaborates with finances and business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts. Requirements: * Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, with a preference towards a master\'s degree and/or CPA certification. * 7+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus. * Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is \$111,150 to 130,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate\'s experience, their education, and the work location.
