holiday requirements per department guidelines. Shift: Shift 1 Job
Summary: The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive occupational
therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning, implementing,
and documenting patient care and treatment programs. The therapist also
participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities
designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors or Master\'s degree from an accredited
Occupational Therapy program is required.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state
license as a Occupational Therapist is required. American Heart
Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days. RN/OT/PT/SLP,
