Job Description Position Overview: This position is responsible for project development and execution, managing growth and cost reduction capital projects across ARPNA locations from conception to completion, with direct responsibility for productivity, timing, and budget. Additionally, this role leads a team of Program Managers focused on Manufacturing Program Management, encompassing safety, injection molding machinery, blow molding machinery and tooling, and downstream conveying and packaging systems directly related to the manufacturing of rigid plasticcontainers. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Project Management and Support: Manage and support new machine installations, footprint activities, and infrastructure initiatives. Communicate and resolve technical, timing, and budgetary issues related to projects as they arise. Publish regular project status reports and monthly project spending reports.
