JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future

care for them. In the Operations Specialist - Customer Care position,
you\'ll leverage your customer focus to ensure great experiences for the
internal and external customers you support. You\'ll be responsible for
resolving pre- and post-sale customer needs over the phone and via
email. Your tasks will include coordinating warranty service, addressing
freight damage, and ensuring that products are returned promptly.

multi-functional teams. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel and Outlook. Communicates Effectively - Delivers clear and timely
communication in-person, over the phone, as well as through written
email, with a strong attention to detail. Deals with Ambiguity - Drives
progress through uncertainty and effectively navigates in new
situations. Adjusts well to change and shifts gears easily. Superior
organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and
meet deadlines and resolve problems. Solves Problems - Ability to work
independently, exercise discretion and use experience, common sense and
judgment to solve problems. What You\'ll Do and Impact: Gain an
understanding of customer needs and implement resolutions by researching
issues and responding to multiple requests Manage and resolve electronic
order exceptions using processing guidelines Provide exceptional
customer service to internal and external customers through a focus on
quality and timeliness of resolution Use self-service reporting tools
and knowledge of internal systems to research issues and provide instant
resolution, avoiding the unnecessary back-and-forth after the first
contact Serve as the liaison between customers and service providers
when situations aren\'t easily resolved, and host conference calls to
leverage experts as needed Adopt new technologies and procedures as we
transform as an organization Experience: Demonstrated success in
previous customer service experience High energy with a positive
attitude, a desire to delight the customer Additional Items of Interest:
Bachelor\'s Degree in business, operations, or related field Job to be
