CP-GREENFLD HIGHLANDS HLTH CTR facility. This job is ON - SITE. FTE:
0.001000 Shift: 1st Schedule: Hours may vary depending on available open
shifts. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 0700-615 Friday
0700-515 with rotating Saturdays 0800-1200. OPT staff must schedule a
minimum of 5 shifts per each posted schedule period. Availability must
be for primary shifts outlined during the time of hire unless otherwise
approved by a member of leadership to fulfill department need. Job
Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical,
non-technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including
clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care
experience including direct patient contact. Phlebotomy experience in a
clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient
draws preferred.EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is
preferred. LICENSURE: ASCP certification preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and
follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required
documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count
instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer,
problem-solving and good communication skills are required. Perks &
