JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview Oversees the strategic direction and
overall success of the Executive Education offerings in the College of
Business Administration. Manages and expands the college portfolio of
non-credit educational programs. Oversees content development, delivery,
budgets and relationships with faculty and clients. Will lead business
development, proposal development, account, project, and quality
management, staffing and resource allocation for all College of Business
Administration executive education programs. Duties and
Responsibilities 1. Business strategy: Sets the strategic direction for
the Executive Education program. a. Understands the needs of current and
potential clients through industry trends, event/conference
participation, and collaboration with faculty, university, and
business/organization leaders. b. Effectively translates needs into
actionable vision and strategy. c. Develops a scalable and sustainable
operating model that optimizes College of Business Administration
resources and other Marquette partners. d. Analyzes benchmark data to
inform target market(s) and services to be offered. e. Establishes
strategic and operational metrics to measure outcomes and inform
continuous improvement. f. Sets competitive pricing model(s) for
services based on applicable market data and leveraging university
subject-matter experts. Ensures fiscal stewardship of university
resources. 2. Business Development and Relationship Building:
Collaborates with cross-campus partners (e.g., the Dean, Graduate School
of Management, College of Business Administration program/center
leaders, other corporate/business/community relations colleagues, etc.)
to identify individual and organization-level prospects and
opportunities. Leads outreach efforts to potential executive education
clients. a. Clearly articulates and effectively pitches the College\'s
value proposition and capabilities to prospective clients. b.
Proactively identifies and coordinates participation in college,
university, industry, and community events that could serve as lead
generating opportunities. c. Leads the development of compelling
marketing materials and social media. d. Oversees timely and effective
proposals. e. Develops and sustains positive business and community
relationships with the College of Business Administration. Presents
executive education as a primary focus, while identifying other
engagement opportunities for employers/community groups and COBA. f.
Develops strong client relationships and serves as the primary contact
for prospective and contracted clients throughout outreach, program
delivery, and beyond. g. Serves as an ex-officio member of the

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Bachelor\'s
degree preferably in project management, professional services, higher
education, executive education, or corporate talent experience. 10+
years\' professional experience, including experience working with
executive and mid-level industry leaders and managers and demonstrated
success launching and maintaining collaborations and partnerships. 2+
years\' experience in a combination of higher education, executive
education, corporate talent and leadership development or professional
service firm. 2+ years of supervising staff. 2+ years of managing and
meeting budgets. Experience networking and building relationships with
executiv and mid-level industry leaders and managers. Strong
interpersonal and speaking skills, including ability to interact with
all levels of employees, participants, executives, and high-level
external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism. Demonstrated
effective presentation, influence, and negotiation skills. Project
