You will create amazing memories and exceed our guests\' expectations. Prior bartending experience and a bartender\'s license is required for all bartenders. What you\'ll be doing: * Maintain cleanliness of designated work area and guest areas throughout shift. * Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness. * Maintain positive interaction with guest. * Work as a team player and assist co-workers as needed. * Supplement the bus help in clearing and resetting tables. Always pre-bus main course dishes before guest leaves the table. * Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce, based on Banquet Event Orders (BEO\'s). Check par level of beer, wine and spirits. * Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality. * Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and documents orders for drinks. Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. * Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed. * Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking service areas.
