Summary This position will work directly with HGA Principals to differentiate HGA from its competitors through the in-house design of transformational electrical technologies. In this role you will: Work closely with HGA Principals in prepositioning for potential projects, creating proposals, and participating in project interviews. Lead meetings with client leadership and stakeholders to discuss project and electrical related goals, concepts, budgets, and design details. Strategize with internal and external teams to develop current and future electrical solutions for application to our client\'s organizations. Work with internal and external teams to develop and implement decision making processes and build consensus around project related decisions. Work with client teams to understand current electrical systems and develop strategies and processes to evaluate and implement new electrical systems.
