JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for establishing manufacturing and part planning standards for Operations. This position works closely with R&D as new product lines are launched by building SAP data for stock offerings and determining planning rules for custom parts. In addition to new product launches, this position is also responsible for change management within the internal Operations team. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer role requires refined project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead technicians and/or hourly associates that may not report directly to the incumbent.
