Summary:
Looking for a well-rounded individual that can perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at customer facilities; including carpentry, painting, drywall install/repairs, flooring repairs/install (quarry tile, VCT, Vinyl, Grout). Our team performs a wide variety of facilities maintenance for our customers from small drywall patches to complete commercial kitchen or office remodels. Looking for an individual who is eager to learn and be part of a growing team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Floors (quarry tile, VCT, Vinyl)
Ceiling grid/tile
Interior and exterior painting
Drywall install/repairs
Graffiti removal
Chain link fencing installation/repairs
Security fencing
Roof leaks
Snow removal
Doors and locks
Small welding repairs
Parking lot curb repairs
Parking lot striping
Stainless steel kitchen work
Small door repairs and replacements
Carpentry
Exterior maintenance
Pressure Washing
Additional Services
Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Applicant must be willing to become part of the carpenters union or show that you are in good standing with the Columbia River Carpenters Union, UBC local 1503.
