Atividades do cargo: Será o responsável por buscar a melhoria da utilização da mão de obra na fábrica através de melhoria no balanceamento de linha, alterações de layout, tomadas de tempo de produção(crono análise), monitoramento dos indicadores de performance de utilização da mão de obra. Será o responsável pela realização dos estudos de dimensionamento de mão de obra e equipamentos baseado no planejamento futuro de produção.
