Roles and Responsibilities

コマーシャル活動をサポートするプロセス全般の構築、導入および改善

マーケティング、流通、サプライチェーン関連データ・レポート作成および分析

グローバルBIツールの導入、改訂のリード

バックオフィス業務の改善、効率化推進

チームメンバーへのコーチング、人材育成

その他特命事項

Required Qualifications

薬機法、各種ガイドライン、公正競争規約等レギュレーションに関連する知識

英語（業務で使用できるレベル）

Microsoft Office(Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI 等), SAP/ERPの使用経験

チーム志向であること。部門の垣根を超えた多様なチーム（コマーシャルエクセレンス、セールス、流通、ファイナンス、サプライチェーン、QA等）と積極的に協同できる能力

リーダーシップ、業務遂行における優れたスキル

対人および文書による優れたコミュニケーションスキル（傾聴・理解力、分析力）

プロセス構築力

問題/課題解決策の策定スキル

顧客対応スキル

Desired Characteristics

クロスファンクショナル、および複数の国をまたがるチーム環境で業務・プロジェクトを遂行した経験があること

画像診断装置及び造影技術・造影剤に関する知識
