Responsibilities * Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding building materials, detailing, code analysis, project documentation, construction administration, and other project-centric processes * Coordinate quality review efforts beginning at project onset and continuing through completion as a part of the day-to-day design process for multi-disciplined teams. * Develop additional quality review protocols to enhance existing procedures. * Perform document reviews at key milestones, including inter-disciplinary coordination and constructability using Bluebeam Session. * Participate in virtual reality sessions covering interdisciplinary coordination. * Promote in-office discussions around ongoing construction activities aimed at fostering design team learning from built work. * Create and maintain office-wide training and development for less experienced staff.
