This is a benefit eligible position, approved for 48 hours per pay period (three 8-hour shifts per week). Night shift, 10:45pm - 7:15am.

Responsibilities/Job Description

The Cardiology Technician is responsible for providing diagnostic testing for inpatients and outpatients. This includes 12-Lead ECGs, Holter, Event and BP monitor application.

Ability to perform ECG’s, and application of and Holter, Event, and BP monitor.

  • Prepare patients for examinations

  • Explain procedures to patients.


Preferred Education

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree

Minimum License/Certification/Registration



Minimum Experience

0-2 years EKG or patient care experience

Preferred Experience

2-4 years EKG or patient care experience
