Job Summary You will have the ability to support community relations and the corporate foundation through data analysis, impact management, and administrative duties. Role will assist with day-to-day tasks of the corporate foundation as well as data impact and storytelling efforts. Essential Functions Managingand coordinating MinnesotaVolunteer events; approximately 12/year including Habitat Build Week, Junior Achievement events, Tree Trust, Adopt-a-Highway and other opportunities with grantees. Coordinate and manage CNP employees who chair some of these events (Habitat and JA). Manage logistics for non-committee volunteer opportunities from grantee partners and recruiting volunteers. Manage volunteer budgets and logistics and coordination with Nonprofits. Support Communications related to volunteer events by working with communicationsand social media teams to develop internal and external communicationsrelated to volunteer engagement. Support socialization/adoption of CNP Cares and benefits of program. Promote Volunteer hour entry and Rewards, Easy Match and special campaigns. Support Foundation activities. Support the coordination/logistics of Special grant recognition events (i.e. scheduling support), site visits and communications as needed. Scheduling MinnesotaGrants review meeting. Provide support to Community Safety Grants review and coordination. Education Description Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited college or universitybusiness administration, non-profit leadership, data analysis, or related field. In lieu of education, requires at least eight (8) years of experience in addition to the required years of experience. Experience Requires a minimum of one to three (1-3) years of marketing/communications experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft software i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
