Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with more than 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. The shift is day and no travel is required. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and objectives. Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation using MS Project. Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring alignment with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project goals and establish clear deliverables. Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with Medicare & Medicaid Claims regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk logs. Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Utilize Agile PLM tools to manage project workflows and track progress. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards. Drive the adoption of best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency. Qualifications Possess a strong background in project management with more than 8 years of experience. Demonstrate expertise in Scrum CX-Scrum Master Agile PLM and MS Project. Have domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
