The Security Manager is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel. This person will respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports, supervise and assist with training the staff.
They will have full oversight of security operations, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, and bringing to life extra-ordinary experience through hands-on leadership with strong people management, communications, and organizational skills. Additionally, they will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager will also be responsible to implement, monitor, and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection.

Qualifications:
At least 3 years progressive management experience within a hotel or Safety & Security related field
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
