Find your purpose and passion at Mozarc Medical.Position Title: Senior Accountant - Global ServicesOur team is working hybrid and this position would need to be on-site 1-2 days a week in our Fridley, MN office.A Day in the LifeResponsibilitiesProvide wide range accounting operations support to legal entities at a global levelPosting of month end entries like payroll, cash, Intercompany, clearing etcRecording accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices for multiple entities to support non-business as usual processPreparation of balance sheet account reconciliationsProvide data and support for statutory, US GAAP, and Tax auditsParticipate in special projects, including large and complex assignments such as transitional service agreements (TSA), business integrations, and system implementationIdentify opportunities for optimization and transformation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processesCollaborate with cross functional teams such as supply chain, IT, human resources, legal & regulatory affairsMust HaveBachelors Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experienceNice to HaveCPA, CMA, MBA in Accounting or FinanceAbility to manage to tight deadlines, along with flexibility to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneouslyExperience with business partneringSelf-starter with the insight and vision to propose changes even in the face of oppositionProficient in ExcelWhy Work with Us?Working here is highly rewarding we have the privilege of helping kidney patients experience greater freedom, improved outcomes and a renewed passion for life.Its essential our team members feel valued, supported and empowered too.
