Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs by:

  • Performing technical analysis of existing or potential digital marketing and/or commerce systems and data integration requirements based on business inputs;

  • Performing Business Analyst responsibilities working on large and complex digital marketing and commerce strategy, discovery, and implementation projects;

  • Developing and guiding the documentation of requirements and test cases so that the requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, and consistent;

  • Understanding business and/or technical stakeholders' perspectives, and translating the requirements into the appropriate deliverables in an Agile/Scrum delivery model; and,

  • Working collaboratively within a delivery team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
