Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are looking for Machine Operators to join our growing team in Miramar, FL ! In this role you will follow Batch Records instructions, Monitor equipment operation , preform inspections and make necessary adjustments needed. You will also be responsible for machine changeovers, product counts, and completing all required documentation as per SOPs. Responsibilities
Follow Batch Record instructions specifying materials, components, labeling, and processing parameters.
Monitor the operation of equipment, processing parameters, and product quality.
Adjust operations based on inspection, monitoring activities, and feedback from downstream staff and On-Line QC.
Clear machine jams, troubleshoot minor production problems, and make minor adjustments.
Perform changeovers on machines in preparation for new products.
Initiate Line Clearance and/or Cleaning Procedures, confirm completion, and record line clearances and equipment cleaning.
Disassemble, wash, rinse, and reassemble equipment during full changeovers.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in machine operation and setup.
Experience with packaging and filling machines.
Ability to troubleshoot basic/minor issues.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to perform changeovers and work in a cleanroom environment.
Strong English communication, writing, and reading skills.
Basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to attend GMP training during the first week (M-F, 8-5pm).
Preferred: Bilingual.
Preferred: 2-year associate degree in Math, Science, Technical, or Engineering discipline.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
