Job Title:Field Training Project Manager
Job Location:Mission, KS
Job Summary:
The Field Training Project Manager works under the guidance of the
Director, Field Training to lead a variety of initiatives for the Field
Training team. This position is heavily involved in the facilitation of
onboarding and continuing education of members of the Field Training
team as well as developing training documentation and procedures.
Additionally, the development and implementation of eLearning practices
for end-users will be a primary focus in this role. Successful
candidates must be able to manage multiple simultaneous projects across
a variety product lines and must be highly motivated and
self-driven.The position requires up to 25% travel.
Reporting Relationship:Director, Field Training
Schedule:Generally, Monday through Friday 8 am 5 pm, but some
flexibility exists. Some after-hours and weekend work is required. This
role is on a hybrid work schedule; mix of remote and in office.
Applicants must live in the Kansas City metro area. Regular and punctual
attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.
Remote Work Requirements:
- Must have high-speed reliable internet access
- Must have a distraction free home office workspace
- Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
Scope of Role:
- Lead multiple concurrent assignments, demonstrating a high degree of
autonomy, self-direction, and good judgment.
- Mentor Training Specialists as their learning progresses through all
ScriptPro products, provide feedback, and complete evaluations as
necessary
- Facilitate the development, implementation, and growth of eLearning
initiatives for internal and external end-users.

- Work with other departments to plan and execute user training
courses for ScriptPro employees.

- Monitor, evaluate, and record Field Training activities and program
effectiveness
- Create and update training documentation to ensure proper
information is being delivered to our staff and our customers
- Analyze and assess project status, achievement of goals and revise
if needed
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Field Training Specialist at ScriptPro
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Working Conditions:This position is regularly exposed to vibrations,
may work near moving mechanical parts and equipment, may be exposed to
electrical shock and the noise level may be loud. This is a very active
position. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, bend, reach and
requires the ability to push/pull and lift independently. Motor
coordination skills are required. This job includes specific vision
abilities including close, distance, and color. Ability to learn and
solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.
Focused attention during extended periods of travel time.
