Description:
• Monitors Order Entry system (ECC) system performance to ensure issues are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner
• Initiate system enhancements for all division that the department supports
• Responsible for managing and coordinating high value shipments and logistics
• Responsible for high value accounts or divisions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Train new hires
• Considered Subject Matter Expert in the department and can perform and back up all Customer Service Rep duties and responsibilities
• Keep all Work Instructions pertaining to the role and department up-to-date
• Project work as assigned
Must-Have:
1) 3-5 Years of Sales Order Entry Experience (CSR Order Entry)
2) Excel Proficiency - V-Look ups, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables
3) Previous SAP Experience
4) Two References (Manager/Peer)
Nice to Have:
1) EDI/GHX Experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Receiving orders, responding to customer inquiries, order management, and customer contact. Addressing emails and processing through EDI, call system. Average of 8/10 orders. Small orders or up to 100 lines.
