Position:

Principal Generative AI Platform Engineer

Position Summary:

Responsible for building, developing, and implementing a GenAI platform. Partners closely with multiple engineering teams by providing a solution to move from microservices to Generative AI first. Provides guidance and oversight for this new emerging platform. Acts as the subject matter expert and enables the team to accomplish the overall engineering organization's goals.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Embodies an empathetic leader mindset and influences change initiatives.

• Sources and curates datasets used for GenAI models.

• Designs, deploys, and runs high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

• Partners closely with engineers and business partners to provide value through consistent delivery .

• Codes and develops software that deploys ML models and algorithms into production.

• Helps create a vision and roadmap for AI integration across Lumeris platforms.

• Develops effect methods of AI model testing during all stages. Utilizes and educates on best practices.

• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on cutting-edge research for AI technology and concepts.

• Owns complex projects and ensures project team accomplishes organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 8+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed

• Experienced in using AI/ML and LLM deployments

• Highly skilled at implementation of architecture using RAG solution

• Comprehensive knowledge of microservices architecture

• Strong working knowledge of Python, JS, or TS

• Development experience with Azure or AWS

• Excellent leadership skills with the proven ability to guide cross-functional project teams

• High caliber researching, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the proven ability to identify, develop, communicate, implement, and impact process improvements and strategic initiatives

Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

The hiring range for this position is:

$133,200.00-$180,900.00
