The previous manager moved to another role in the European M&R organisation. The M&R team at Moerdijk consists of about 20 technicians split in two teams: M&R Temperature Control and M&R Power.

PurposeYou are responsible for delivering planned maintenance programs that ensure the timely availability and reliability of fleet for deployment.

Responsibilities- Manage major repairs and overhauls, ensuring they are completed on time, to the required standards, and within agreed budgets for both individual repairs and overall department expenditures.- Maintain the accuracy of Fleet Readiness, utilization, inventory, and related data.

• Oversee Fleet testing and turnaround processes.- Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance (PM) services and oil sampling.- Lead retrofit initiatives and ensure checklist completions.- Accountable for Parts supply and core returns.- Assist in the semi-annual serialized Physical Assets Verification exercises and ensure data consistency in Movex and asset registers.- Meet key operational metrics, including sets in service and on-time service completions.- Actively address HSE issues with strong personal involvement and visibility.- Build and maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with stakeholders.- Conduct audits and recommend improvements to ensure facilities are operated and maintained according to the Company’s Global Service Centre Management Standards.- Supervise and deploy technicians through effective planning and scheduling.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Your profile- You have experience with coordinating and carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair activities, all within established operating procedures and compliant with safety regulations.- You are and experienced manager of technicians, and ideally, also of team supervisors,- You are capable of setting goals and objectives that contribute to both operational and group success.- You can offer first-level technical advice to internal customers and effectively resolve or troubleshoot implementation issues.

• You possess advanced proficiency in Dutch and business- level English.
