Description:
Maintenance Technicians at this facility perform a variety of preventative and reactive maintenance to keep the various plants running. Some key areas of focus are:
Hydraulic systems. Some are simple systems, some are complicated 70 ton presses that forge the steel
Valves, pumps, and pressure sensors. Most, if not all, systems operate under a vacuum and require constant pressure. Tested daily for quality of vacuum
Wiring of PLC / machines, motors, and various equipment including 24v - 480v
Preventative maintenance of the furnaces during structured shut downs
welding and fabricating of equipment to help keep the plant running smoothly
