JOB TITLE & JOB DESCRIPTION:
Clerk/Treasurer -- part time -- 18 hours per week- hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm -Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday.
Employee will be responsible for the following: Payables, receivables, budget, yearly audit,
payroll, bank reconciliation, water billings, general office procedures, prepare town council
agenda under direction of mayor, attend town council meeting and prepare minutes, election
procedures, assisting mayor and town council as requested. Also, other duties as assigned.
This individual will be the official record officer for Central Valley Town and should have
experience with word processing; training on site will be provided for all other duties including
accounting procedures, water billing and time sensitive reporting.
Salary: Starting salary is $20 per hour. There will be a probationary period of 90 days.
