As part of the Global End-User Support organization, you will have the opportunity to help us to optimize the usage of business technologies to increase the productivity of The LEGO Group, in this case, your focus will be to ensure the LEGO Operaciones de México factory is enabled with the company IT Technology to support all factory employees.

Core Responsibilities

•ServiceNow: Working proactively with tickets (Incidents & Service requests) in our ITSM tool (Service Now), handling the preparation of equipment such as laptops or mobile devices.

•On-Site support: Providing onsite support with computer hardware and meeting rooms technology as well as handling of mobile phone devices.

•Incidents solving: Diagnosing software and hardware issues when appropriate and fixing them as quickly as possible.

•Infrastructure support: Support in coordination and/or execution of Infrastructure projects related tasks.

Do you have what it takes?

•Education: Must be enrolled at a college/university with a major in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent (6th semester and above)

•Able to work independently and as part of a team

•Strong communications skills in both English and Spanish

•Proactive, self-driven and service-oriented

•Good understanding of Computer Hardware, Software and IT Infrastructure

•Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and MS Office applications, and a plus if any Power BI skills
