CAE USA INC Building requirements specialist in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

Role and Responsibilities

The role we are offering you:

  • Identify the equipment associated with each flight simulator installation.

  • Prepare drawings for installation of flight simulators in customer buildings.

  • Prepare technical specifications for different types of simulators.

  • Carry out visits to validate the status of customer buildings and propose any changes needed to align with installation drawings.

  • Write visit reports and coordinate with Project Managers and customers throughout the schedule.

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or building engineering.

  • At least 3 years experience in design and construction.

  • Candidate must be able to read and interpret building design drawings and make technical suggestions as required.

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation software, as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Knowledge of SolidWorks software an asset.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
