Job Description
Leads and performs maintenance of facilities and equipment to maximize Operations performance. Prioritizes and coordinates work assignments for Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on a timely basis. Coaches Senior Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, and communication of good maintenance practices. Directs, schedules, and performs preventative maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling equipment, as well as preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment. Directs and uses Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)-generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices. Maintains a safe work environment by documenting and correcting potential safety issues concerning material-handling equipment or distribution center facility.

Robotic equipment maintenance
Gantry cranes operation
Knowledge of PLC PM programs and TMI Systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be able to coach, lead, and mentor all Technicians.
Mechanical and electrical equipment and components.
Experience with integrated systems with PLCs.
Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs troubleshooting and repair.
Knowledge of 30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, 12 cranes.

Work Environment
The work environment includes maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment and components. You will handle 3 phase motors, 480v, integrated systems with PLCs, Allen Bradley PLCs, high-speed automated sorting machines, VFDs, Photo Eyes, Sensors, robotic equipment, and gantry cranes. The position involves working with 30 miles of conveyors, 4 sorters, and 12 cranes. You will use PLC PM programs and update computer status using TMI Systems software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65582.00 - $100235.00/yr.
