Job Title: Agile Coach
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Jira and Agile processes, and have a proven track record of implementing these practices in large organizations. You will play a critical role in redefining our agile process and use of Jira across the entire organization, which comprises over 1200 people. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills who can effectively bring together various teams under a unified approach.
Responsibilities
Consult with senior leadership to understand current agile practices and goals.
Unify and streamline the quarter planning, commit, and operate cadence across multiple teams.
Develop and implement a Jira process that meets the needs of the entire organization.
Facilitate agile rituals and ensure effective use of the Jira tool.
Lead efforts to integrate various teams under a single, cohesive mobility platform.
Oversee the development of networks in the US and the core business IoT control centers.
Provide new insights and strategies for tooling and agile processes.
Work closely with a team to execute the new agile processes and Jira use.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding.
Essential Skills
Expertise in Jira and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience in large-scale agile transformations within engineering organizations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to consult and collaborate with senior leadership.
Experience in developing and implementing streamlined planning cadences.
Proficiency in facilitating agile rituals and processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in unifying multiple teams under a single platform.
Understanding of IoT control centers and network development.
Ability to provide fresh perspectives on tooling and agile processes.
Work Environment
You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will interact with various teams and leadership. The role is consultancy-based, requiring you to bring innovative solutions and drive change effectively. You will have resources and support to help you execute the new agile processes and Jira use across the organization. The work involves integrating different teams under one umbrella, ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
