Job Description
Leads and delegates tasks to install crews, subcontractors, and union trades. May be required to regularly lead a team on large projects
Verifies all work complies with clients QC standards. Oversee field operations in situations without a dedicated on-site superintendent
Read and understand functional design drawings and cable riser diagrams
Provide a consistent level of technical oversight as well as flexibility in work schedule. This position requires periodic overtime and may require overtime and weekend work for extended periods to meet client deadlines
Able to complete assignments in accordance with or better than established task durations as well as estimate task durations to meet assigned deadlines. Provides daily feedback to field site supervisor and/or direct manager
Responsible for tracking and maintaining their toolkit, company vehicles and installation materials inventories. Keep clean, orderly and well documented.
Responsible for checking in drop shipped items and maintaining on-site materials needed by the crew. Working with the PM to assure timely delivery of on-site equipment and materials
Responsible for tracking and maintaining their personal licenses, certifications and qualifications. (Some states have specific requirement in this area)
Maintain daily record of time worked on specific projects for timesheet entry as well as an employee/contractor information log to share with management.

Skills and Requirements
Education/Certifications:
High school or GED equal
1+ years as a lead installation technician or 3+ years in the field as a Sr ES tech
Data center experience within electronic security realm
Experience with Lenel systems Lenel Cert
AVIXA CTS
Experience on large commercial or federal projects as supervisor/PM null
