Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter based in Morrisville, North Carolina. This role involves assisting in the creation and maintenance of job postings, coordinating the hiring process, and maintaining accurate candidate records. As a key point of contact for candidates, you will ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Assist in the creation and maintenance of job postings on various platforms.

• Coordinate and monitor the initiation and completion of all contingent offer requirements for potential hires.

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars to ensure a smooth interview process.

• Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and verification of candidate credentials.

• Act as a point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing updates on the recruitment process.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure timely follow-up.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and files according to legal and organizational standards.

• Assist Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to ensure employment process compliance while providing updates on candidate status.

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of candidate paperwork and onboarding documents.

• Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates if required for interviews or onboarding.

• Coordinate and schedule recruitment events such as job fairs or open houses.

• Assist in the collection and management of recruitment data and metrics.

• Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment activity as requested.

• Ensure that recruitment processes adhere to legal and organizational policies.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.

• Respond to routine and complex questions from applicants, employees, TA managers, and recruiters, including researching appropriate information when requested. Requirements


• Demonstrated proficiency in HR administration and talent acquisition

• Proven experience with hiring, onboarding, and recruiting processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with documentation, paperwork, and check processing

• Familiarity with compliance and confidentiality requirements in HR

• Ability to manage calendars and schedule interviews

• Experience with metric reporting and preparing reports

• Knowledge of clinical trial operations is a plus

• Ability to work effectively with partners and external customers

• Demonstrated experience with collection processes

• Strong presentation skills

• Verification skills are essential

• Prior experience in HR recruiter role is desirable
