Position Summary

The Sr. Credit to Cash Analyst will be responsible to manage the day-to-day collections of receivables within their global portfolio. The Sr. Analyst portfolio will include accounts in various regions such as AMERICAS, EMEA, and/or APAC. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage the complex accounts receivable portfolio and deliver a consistent improvement in metrics over time. The Sr. Analyst will be expected to understand and adhere to audit and compliance requirements, while displaying the Teleflex core values in all they do.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ability to identify and problem-solve customer credit risk, collection, and billing issues as they arise and work through a solution with peers and process owners.

• Report portfolio status on demand and effectively utilize systems available to create those reports.

• Understand the concept of credit risk and the ability to apply it to day-to-day work to reduce risk to Teleflex.

• Responsible to communicate verbally and in written form in English and at least one of the following: French, Spanish, and/or German.

• Root-cause customer exceptions to payment, identify process deviations and weakness and communicate improvement ideas to the process owners.

• Build partnerships and collaborate with peers, customers, and process owners for a positive win-win outcome.

• Reduce write-offs to bad debt and third-party collections by proactively collecting on accounts receivable.

• Understand internal audit controls and effectively partner with manager to ensure compliance.

• Act as a mentor to peers as needed to help support Teleflex goals.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, in Finance or Accounting preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years Credit and Collections experience preferred.

• Knowledge of and ability to apply accounting principles and procedures.

• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.

• ERP and CRM software experience are a strong plus.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Team mindset and solutions focused.

• Bilingual required; English and at least one of the following: French, Spanish, and/or German.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently to meet and exceed department goals.

• Excellent planning, communication, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly, operating in an evolving environment.

• Strong initiative to investigate and problem-solve to provide effective solutions.

• Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.

TRAVEL REQUIRED : 10%.
