CTG is seeking to fill an Supply Chain Administrator opening for our client in Morrisville, NC.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with the possibility for extension
Duties:
Manage the logistics, material management, and operations for the ISG Development and Quality organization.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient flow of hardware assets and materials supporting product development.
Receive, transfer, and maintain inventory of development resources used across multiple global locations.
Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documents, including customs declarations and insurance policies.
Coordinate shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and resolve clearance delays.
Monitor and manage the performance of logistics vendors, ensuring quality service.
Report performance trends and implement continuous improvement actions to reduce lead times.
Conduct physical cataloging, warehousing, inventory management, and material control using specialized applications and tools.
Skills:
Strong understanding of logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping.
Experience in vendor management and logistics; IT sector experience is a plus.
Proficiency in asset management and inventory control.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
