- Utilize and manage lead database programs to prospect new customers
and projects, including Alpine SnowGuards calculator,
- Construct Connect, SpecLive, BIM Object, AEC Daily, and others as
assigned to increase sales.
- Act as initial company contact to qualified leads (from defined
sources above) and maintain relationship with all prospects until
they are transferred to customer service for quoting.
- Generate contact lists of qualified leads in specific markets for
targeted use by marketing and sales teams.
- Manage database of projects and companies that are/are not
specifying Alpine SnowGuards with a focus on documenting wins/loses
and project values, evaluating the ROI and effectiveness of lead
database programs in increasing sales.
- Oversee prospect/lead email templates and work with Content
Specialist to refine and target messaging and project bidding
timeline.
- Photograph company products, help to maintain digital library of all
photos.
- Coordinate with Content Specialist on blogs, newsletters, and email
blasts promoting product and services. Make recommendations based on
lead requests and project data from lead database programs.
- Monitor roof mock-up during the winter months, create video clips of
relevant information for sales and marketing use.
- Continue to develop new marketing strategies; analyze data and make
recommendations to Marketing Manager.
- Assist Customer Service and Sales as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
