Job Description Summary
The ECT Commercial Operations Specialist is responsible for first class service contract process execution on customer service contracts. ECT Commercial Operations Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration. The ECT Commercial Operations Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
driving the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading into all applicable processes including additions and modifications to existing contracts
timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services
Work closely with field service sales and service delivery, service marketing and offering team to resolve technical and process-related issues
Providing support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales, Finance and Legal teams
Effectively management and prioritizing of the various projects with minimal supervision
Qualifications and experience
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program
(2 years of working experience in a commercial field)
• Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
• Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Intermediate English or up
