We are looking for an Events Planning Senior Specialist to oversee events for franchises in Russia and Kazakhstan. Responsibilities include end-to-end event management, optimizing cost efficiency, and ensuring compliance with changing regulations.
What you will do:
Foster regular communication with event owners and the professional affairs team to discuss ongoing and upcoming events for strategic planning
Oversee the maintenance of the events budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial responsibility
Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure compliance with regulations and updated policies
Manage supplier accounts, ensuring effective supplier account management, and oversee timely payments of invoices
Collaborate with the Professional Affairs team to support Faculty for Events
Work closely with local Event Logistics to ensure timely booking transfers, hotels, and other logistical arrangements
Play a key role in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery to our customers
Engage directly with marketing managers for regular event reviews, ensuring effective collaboration
Take responsibility for the entire event coordination process, from planning to execution
Utilize virtual event platforms as required by the business, staying current with technological advancements
What you need:
Bachelor's Degree desired
Minimum 2-3 years of event management experience
Work experience in a Medical Device company would be an advantage
Fluent in Russian and English
Confidence with virtual event platforms and their features
Good working knowledge of Excel
