Job Description Summary

Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology Product specialist is a highly-educated specialist with solid knowledge of the product including technical side. Product specialist provides market development and sales support of dedicated products in the assigned region through technical and clinical support. Product specialist may work individually at an account and as part of a team develops and implements marketing tools and strategies in market analysis and product promotion.

Responsibilities can range from pre-sales demonstrations to post-sales application. In this role product specialist also owns ongoing post sales end-user support including on site visits to drive more proactive customer engagement to Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology products.

Job Description

Key essential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Apply product and market knowledge to develop and promote cardiology solutions, implement marketing strategy and maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships in collaboration with the sales and cross modality teams.

  • Conduct high quality technical support during sales process by demonstrating the full range of hardware and software features of Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology products, including potential capabilities and the benefits of the equipment

  • Quoting the product features and price according with key clients’ requests and technical requirements

  • Collaboration with RA team to update products registration dossier

  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential

  • Driving render/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales, and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge of Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology product. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers

  • Providing market analysis in RCIS region for marketing strategy and ensure implementation of the marketing strategy in LCT

  • Conducting market, competitor, and win/loss analysis; providing feedback from the field for the purpose of product gaps analysis; participating in price execution process; Organizing and managing Round Table and Works Show; Providing support in reference sites management; managing customer calls/meetings; Providing promotion support of the DCAR\ICAR products in RCIS region including, but not limited to coordinated marketing strategy, participation and organization of national/local conferences and master-classes

  • Increase the level of end-user’s satisfaction, manage customer’s engagement to equipment by continuously studying the optimization of the utilizing of Diagnostic and Invasive Cardiology products equipment, software

  • Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory, support in the management of reference centers

  • Participating in creation and realization of strategic projects and multi-modality solution

  • Collecting and sharing data using various systems (SFDC, etc.)

  • Develop of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, training videos) to promote and develop the product on the market

  • Actively participates in the communication of concepts and ideas designed to benefit customer support and educational efforts.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field

  • Customer oriented and self-starter mentality, high work standards and quality

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to understand and present complex material in simple language

  • Work with technical documentation

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Excellent listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Confident intermediate level of English.

Preferable requirements:

  • Medical device or pharma experience, knowledge of cardiology diagnostic equipment and electrophysiology products is highly preferred

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time

  • Flexibility/adaptation to changing environment
