The Opportunity
We're looking for a Packaging Operator , working in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Motley, Minnesota .
Tend machines to feed product to conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices.
Remove product from platforms/conveyors and pack into preformed pouches.
Count items packed to ensure compliance with company standards.
Inspect filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
Mix product, ensuring accurate measurements are used.

Experience Required for Your Success
Effective communication skills to collaborate with supervisors and peers
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
Ability to work in wet and/or humid conditions and cold environment

The pay range we are offering is 17 to 18 per hour. This position may present an opportunity to go permanent.
