Multi-Tech Systems Inc Senior Product Manager in Mounds View, Minnesota

SUMMARY: As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for product planning, delivery, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. You will develop the vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your own insight. You will work closely with Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard. You will develop a forecast for products based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts, and your own experience and manage its delivery. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Product vision and strategy that aligns with the goals of the business unit. Maintain product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the product strategy. Drive new projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution across hardware, firmware, and services. Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer behavior. Define and communicate clear product requirements. Champion the user experience for our customers. Own product budgets, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts. Define and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of our products in the market. Foster a culture of innovation and user-centric design. Cultivate a collaborative and productive work environment. Occasional business travel domestic and International Perform other duties as assigned. Follow and enforce all MultiTech rules and policies. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in a senior product management role, with a successful track record of bringing products to market. Proficiency in product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and teamwork abilities. Experience with launching hardware products with volumes of over 100K+ units ideal. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lifting requirements up to 25 pounds Requires sitting and occasional standing and walking for periods of time. Reaching required.
