Understand pain points of B2B users. Develop user scenarios and create functionality. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate functionality of softwareapplications. Develop user interfaces with focus on usability, accessibility and consistency. Design visually appealing interfaces aligning with brand guidelines and best practices. Createhigh fidelity mockups and visual assets. Define and document interactive behaviors, micro interactions and animations to enhance user engagement. Ensure seamless transitions andintuitive interactions within software applications. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals and iterate on design solutions. Create and maintain designguidelines, pattern libraries, and documentation to ensure consistent implementation of design principles. Stay updated with technologies in product design, user experience, and userinterface design. Contribute to improvement of design processes. Analyze and document legacy application requirements for new product migration. Req Master's in computer or electronics engineering, IT, Info systems, media design or closely related area. Familiarity with User Experience Design and Interaction Design (ID) methods and processes including creating interaction designs for digital products with specific knowledge of humancomputer interaction, design audits, Persona construction, ID scenarios, Agile UX and Design Patterns. Proficient in design of enterprise-scale information systems and prototyping ofapplications. Familiarity with web systems development principles, can be met through education coursework or experience. Any previous job title is acceptable ifrequirements are met.
