Job Description
Coordinates and processes the ordering, stocking and maintenance of supplies and equipment for perioperative service areas.
Job Responsibility
Places and tracks orders for perioperative supplies and equipment from materials department and outside vendors.
Receives, validates, and stores supplies and equipment.
Transports perioperative supplies from the receiving dock; maintains appropriate par levels in perioperative service areas at all times.
Adheres to operating policies and procedures regarding the storing and distribution of supplies.
Identifies any damage and/or missing items and facilitates replacement and/or refund, as required.
Follows established procedures and government regulations in tracking various medical devices.
Processes and tracks equipment repair, consignment and loan activity.
Enters all activities into department computer system.
Maintains paperwork and electronic records related to perioperative supply and distribution functions.

Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $32,800-$48,540/year
