The Work
The Engineering Planner at Lockheed Martin's Mount Laurel, NJ location will be part of the Display Products team supporting Aegis operations and will be responsible for:
• Collecting and compiling metrics to be reviewed with product leads and manager for quality and data validity.
• Preparing labor charging and technical artifact counts for metrics calculation using the guidance of the baseline leads.
• Compiling and uploading approved metrics to Tableau site to determine trends for future projects.
• Collecting and evaluating workforce planning reports to support future staffing planning.
• Supporting the development of the Monthly Staffing Report presentation for Combat System Integrated Engineering Directorate Review.
• Tracking, comparing, and reporting weekly actuals against monthly staffing plans across all programs and projects.
• Collecting charging guidance and creating validity checks to be used on functional labor report for each program with a report created for leads and program resource managers.
• Evaluating planned vs actual product development features using agile methodology.
• Maintaining a centralized dashboard for all program milestones.

Basic Qualifications:
• BS Degree from accredited college
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience
• Cost Management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and using pivot tables
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain & maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance at the SECRET level
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with:
• ClearQuest, Tableau, or git
• Agile development methodology
• Atlassian tools such as JIRA
• Master scheduling
• Manpower planning
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
