Robert Half VP/Director of Finance in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity to a dynamic and experienced detail oriented to oversee all finance functions in our organization located in MOUNT POCONO, Pennsylvania, 18344-9703, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial operations and driving business plans to meet performance and profit objectives. Your role will encompass strategic departmental organization, the control of operational data and forms, and personnel management within the Financial and Operational Accounting departments.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and implement effective strategies for departmental organization, setting management objectives and objectives for future growth and expansion.

• Develop robust departmental business plans that include performance and profit objectives for short and long-term goals.

• Oversee all finance functions including the preparation and control of records and data, the control of stored data, the control of unused forms, the accounting for, and comparison of operational data and forms.

• Establish, monitor, and review all departmental budgets on a regular basis, ensuring the Finance department is meeting or exceeding established financial and performance goals.

• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

• Ensure effective recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, terminations, and other personnel-related matters are being handled appropriately throughout the department.

• Utilize skills in '3M', 'Accounting Software Systems', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CapEx', 'CRM', 'Accounting Functions', 'Auditing', 'Budget Processes', 'Capital Management', 'Cash Flow Analysis', 'Financial Reporting' to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience in ADP - Financial Services is required

• Proficient in CapEx and CRM

• Demonstrated expertise in Accounting Functions

• Prior experience in Auditing is necessary

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is expected

• Must possess strong skills in Capital Management

• Proven track record in Cash Flow Analysis

• Expertise in Financial Reporting is essential

• Must be adept in '3M' methodologies

• Experience in a VP/Director of Finance role is highly desirable
