Requisition Summary The Engine Test Lab Facilities Supervisor will work at PACCAR's Engine Test Laboratory (ETL) in Mount Vernon, Washington. The facilities supervisor is responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers that maintain, repair, and improve the buildings and support systems of the test facilities. Job Functions/Responsibilities Responsible for supervision, development, work assignment, and performance tracking of engineers and technicians performing support activities for the engine and powertrain test facilities. Lead maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on engine test cell and building equipment including dynamometers, VFD's, electric motors, pumps, air handlers, altitude simulation hardware, battery emulators, control systems, and fuel conditioning systems. Maintain and update maintenance records, schedules, technical manuals, and building systems drawings Use PACCAR's capital budget system to secure funds for facility upgrades and major repairs Observe established safety policies including lock out tag out, confined space, and fall protection Establish and maintain cooperative and productive work relations with other departments and divisions.
