Requisition Summary We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor within the Test Engineering Team. The successful candidate will manage a team tasked with leading up vehicle testing, develop automated data analytics and standardized reports to support System Verification and System Integration of the PACCAR MX engine. Get started! Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage and lead the mileage accumulation testing program, ensuring all testing activities are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand test requirements and align testing objectives with project goals to formulate test plans, resources, budgets, and schedules. Develop automated analytics and standardized reporting to facilitate efficient data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with Global Powertrain Development, Verification, and Validation teams to share findings and results. Identify opportunities to improve existing test methodologies and develop new methodologies as needed. Present observations and results of product performance and/or reliability to stakeholders. Collaborate with the Engineering Solutions Team to develop and improve data acquisition methods and production toolchains Support data engineering strategies and vehicle data ingestion into the data pipeline Foster effective communication, establish and maintain cooperative and productive work relations with all other teams, departments, and divisions. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive testing and verification, particularly in mileage accumulation testing. Solid understanding of test planning, resource allocation, and scheduling. Proficiency in data analytics, including the development of automated analytics and standardized reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings and results to various stakeholders. Familiarity with data acquisition methods and production toolchains is preferred. Experience with vehicle data ingestion into data pipelines is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and foster positive working relationships. Education Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
