Responsibilities * As a deployment resource, you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by partnering with regional DC and planning teams to cover short-term beverage shortages within the North Division. You will accomplish this by analyzing customer orders, inventory reports, daily cut reports, and issuing product release requests.

Major tasks, accountabilities, and key responsibilities: * Acts as a liaison between the plant DC, regional 3PLs, the customer service teams and supply chain planning to assist with product shortages and customer requests. * Resolve customer service issues regarding on time delivery and product availability/order fill rate. * Support customer order tracking and promotional activities. * Manage short lead orders and order fill rate issues.Generate applicable reporting for North Division to support regional deployment needs of supply chain planners. * Monitor all past due product, request STOs, and partner w/ respective DCsMonitor all STO volume in/out of region. * Monitor all Outbound Monitor changes/weights/# of pallets.Work with logistics to ensure efficient movement of items from suppliers. * As needed, collaborate with quality control team to ensure timely production releases and prevent inventory shortages. * Assist with plant inventory control supervisor on quality hold movement in and out of region. * Collaborate with plant production advice team on delivering new flavors, packaging changes, and other innovation * Participate in safety & quality events to promote the plant vision

Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,000 - $100,500 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or related field. * Self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skills. * Must possess strong interpersonal skills, influence management skills, and demonstrated ability to work and participate effectively in a team environment. * Must possess strong analytical skills, including problem analysis and resolution. * Must be able to demonstrate strong mathematical aptitude, be detail oriented, and confident in decision making. * Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally to all levels of management in both verbal and written communications. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong computer skills and comfortable with optimization software. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. * Strong customer focus and results orientation. * SAP experience.
